The Public Authorities Board (PAB) consists of representatives from the public authorities of the KDT Participating States involved in the Joint Undertaking, as well as the European Commission. The Board's responsibilities are multifaceted. It advises on the draft Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda proposed by Private Members.


It also approves procedural rules for proposal calls, establishes funding budgets, and sanctions the initiation of calls for proposals. Additionally, the Board oversees the evaluation, ranking, selection, and distribution of public funds to successful proposals, ensuring their effective monitoring throughout their implementation. In all activities, the PAB is committed to upholding the principles of fairness and transparency in the distribution of public funding.
