Chips JU

Chips Joint Undertaking (“Chips JU”), as set up by Regulation 2023/1782 of 25 July 2023 amending Regulation (EU) 2021/2085 establishing the Joint Undertakings under Horizon Europe is committed to user privacy. The protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right as enshrined in article 8(1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, article 16(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).
Like other EU institutions, Chips JU may process your personal data for a number of reasons: dealing with public requests for information, staff matters, procurement contracts, grant agreements, communication activities, etc. This is done in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 (EU-GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.
