Moore4Medical successful performance at the annual European Organ-on-Chip Society conference

ECSEL JU project Moore4Medical was present at the annual Organ-on-Chip conference organised by the European Organ-on-Chip Society EUROoCS. The event took place on the 4th & 5th of July 2022 in Grenoble, France, and gathered over 500 participants.

This scientific meeting covered all aspects related to research, development and application of OoC. A wide array of topics were addressed, such as (multi)-organ and disease models, organoids-on-chip, PBPK modeling, technology platforms, standardization and qualification, regulatory aspects and toxicity, and more.

The Moore4Medical project was present with one booth from a start-up BI/OND, 7 posters, the presentations and one excellent keynote speech.

The organ-on-a-chip is an exciting new emerging field of technology, exploring physiological organ biomimetic systems built on a microfluidic chip. Europe is an important player in this technology area, having a wide range of excellent research groups & industry organisations on national and European level. One of them is the European Organ-on-Chip Society.

EUROoCS is an independent, not-for-profit organization established to encourage and develop Organ-on-Chip research, and to provide opportunities to share and advance knowledge and expertise in the field towards better health for all.
