Data protection

Key Digital Technologies Joint Undertaking (“KDT JU”), as set up by  Council Regulation (EU) No. 2021/2085 of 19 November 2021, is committed to user privacy. The protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data is a fundamental right as enshrined in article 8(1) of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, article 16(1) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU).

Like other EU institutions, KDT JU may process your personal data for a number of reasons: dealing with public requests for information, staff matters, procurement contracts, grant agreements, communication activities, etc. This is done in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2018/1725 (EU-GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by the Union institutions, bodies, offices and agencies and on the free movement of such data.
